Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

The service

CiteRank analyses a public web page and produces an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness score, a breakdown of checks, and an optional paid Fix Kit with suggested improvements.

The audit is based on the static HTML available at the time of the request. JavaScript-rendered content may not be analysed.

No guarantee of results

The score and Fix Kit are informational suggestions, not guarantees. We do not control how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other engine selects sources, and we cannot promise any change in citation, ranking, traffic, or revenue.

You are responsible for reviewing any suggested code or content before applying it to your site.

Payments and refunds

The Fix Kit is a one-time US$29 purchase tied to a single audit report. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Because the Fix Kit is generated and delivered immediately on purchase, sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@citerank.dev.

Acceptable use

Only submit URLs you are authorised to audit. Do not use the service to attack, overload, or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test. We rate-limit and may block abusive use.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiteRank is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
