When you run an audit we receive the URL you submit and your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
When you purchase a Fix Kit, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and email. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
We store the audit URL, the computed score, the check results, and (for paid reports) the generated Fix Kit and a record that the report was paid.
To produce your audit and Fix Kit, to deliver your purchase, to prevent abuse, and to maintain an aggregate count of total audits run.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your submitted URLs or results to train machine-learning models.
Free audit reports are stored for up to 7 days. Paid reports and their Fix Kits are stored for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own policy and applicable law.
We rely on Stripe (payments), Upstash (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (Fix Kit generation). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
You can request access to or deletion of data associated with a report by emailing hello@citerank.dev with the report link.
